Nikhil's Experience

Meet Nikhil, a young professional from India with a background in defense and a retired army officer for a father. His experience has enabled him to move to a lot of different places, make new friends, and expose himself to different cultures. He has a bachelors degree and masters degree in biotechnology with a specialization in fermentation technology. He started working as a beer brewer and later as a brewing consultant for some time. Slowly, he transitioned himself into a managerial role where he was predominantly recruiting candidates and forming an effective team for his company. After 4+ years of gaining experience, he decided to pursue his MBA in Canada at the University of New Brunswick. Now, he is currently doing an internship with Rhize as our HR coordinator. He's also a self-proclaimed movie critic and likes to watch them in his free time. He's a people person and needs other people around him to interact with, explore new places, meet new faces, and continue building a social network.
