Refund policy

There is a 30-day money-back guarantee for liquid nutrients at rhize. We unfortunately do not provide returns for any orders 30 days after being received. Dry nutrient orders are not subject to refunds unless agreed upon by the owner of rhize.

If you would like to receive a refund, send what is remaining of your order to 20 MacNaughton dr. E2J 4K6 Saint John, NB and email returns@rhize.ca with your receipt, and include it in your sent package as well.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it for eligibility for a refund or not. An email will be sent to you with instructions when we received the return.

You'll be responsible for your own shipping charges if you decide to return your item. If a refund is granted, you will likely be granted a refund on your purchased shipping costs, with few exceptions.

If you have received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping your order to you will be deducted off the total value of the refund. 

If you're shipping something worth more than $70, we recommend using a trackable delivery service or getting insurance coverage. We cannot guarantee that we'll receive your returned item.
