CANADA/US SHIPPING POLICY

Rhize offers delivery to all of Canada and the United States. Our shipping locations are either from New Brunswick, or Shopify or Amazon warehouses.

Your order will be completed and processed within 1-4 business days.

After you make your order, your item will be processed at either Shopify's warehouse, Amazon's or ours. If shipped from our NB location, you will receive a tracking number from a third-party shipping company. If shipped from Shopify or Amazon, you will receive a tracking number from them within a couple of days.

After your package(s) have been shipped out, you should receive the parcel within 2-4 business days. In some cases it can take up to 9 business days, but is rare.

Orders can take 1-3 business days of handling time before being shipped.

FREE SHIPPING ELIGIBILITY

Any order totaling $150 or more before tax will be granted free delivery for anywhere in Canada or the US (bulk orders may not be eligible).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

UPS, Fedex, Purolator, Canpar or DHL are used for international shipments. Most international shipments will can be delivered in 9 business days after ordering, in some cases it can take up to 40 business days.

Rhize is not liable for any ramifications whatsoever due to delays of orders that are held customs.

SHIPPING DISCLAIMER

Liquid nutrients can freeze when exposed to cold temperatures. We include express shipping options at check out during the winter months to decrease the chance of freezing nutrients.

If your nutrients did freeze, let them thaw as slowly as you can before needing to use them.

If we learn that there was an inventory mistake and we cannot complete your order, we will contact you within 32 hours to inform you that you will wait for the items to come back into stock, cancel your order or a refund will be granted.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order. If this happens, you will granted a full refund and be informed of the inconvenience.
