There is a 30-day money-back guarantee at rhize. We unfortunately do not provide returns for any orders 30 days after being received.

If you would like to receive a refund, send what is remaining of your order to 20 MacNaughton dr. E2J 4K6 Saint John, NB and email returns@rhize.ca with your receipt, and include it in your sent package as well.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it for eligibility for a refund or not. An email will be sent to you with instructions when we received the return.

You'll be responsible for your own shipping charges if you decide to return your item. If a refund is granted, you will likely be granted a refund on your purchased shipping costs, with few exceptions.

If you're shipping something worth more than $70, we recommend using a trackable delivery service or getting insurance coverage. We cannot guarantee that we'll receive your returned item.

For Amazon purchases, please check and follow their return policies.

CANADA/US SHIPPING POLICY

Rhize offers delivery to all of Canada and the United States. Our shipping locations are either from New Brunswick, or Shopify or Amazon warehouses.

Your order will be completed and processed within 1-4 business days.

After you make your order, your item will be processed at either Shopify's warehouse, Amazon's or ours. If shipped from our NB location, you will receive a tracking number from a third-party shipping company. If shipped from Shopify or Amazon, you will receive a tracking number from them within a couple of days.

After your package(s) have been shipped out, you should receive the parcel within 2-4 business days. In some cases it can take up to 9 business days, but is rare.

Orders can take 1-3 business days of handling time before being shipped.

FREE SHIPPING ELIGIBILITY

Any order totaling $150 or more before tax will be granted free delivery for anywhere in Canada or the US.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

UPS, Fedex, Purolator, Canpar or DHL are used for international shipments. Most international shipments will can be delivered in 9 business days after ordering, in some cases it can take up to 14 business days.

SHIPPING DISCLAIMER

Liquid nutrients can freeze when exposed to cold temperatures. We include express shipping options at check out during the winter months to decrease the chance of freezing nutrients.

If your nutrients did freeze, let them thaw as slowly as you can before needing to use them.

If we learn that there was an inventory mistake and we cannot complete your order, we will contact you within 32 hours to inform you that you will wait for the items to come back into stock, cancel your order or a refund will be granted.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order. If this happens, you will granted a full refund and be informed of the inconvenience.

SECTION 1 - SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. who's online platform allows us to sell products and services to you.

Your information is stored in Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. This data is stored securely behind their firewall.

If you make a purchase on our site through a direct payment gateway, Shopify stores your credit card data and is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored during the transaction process, and deleted after the transaction is complete.

Their direct payment gateways follow standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council.

When browsing our store, your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address is automatically gathered which provides us with data that assists us in learning about your browser and operating system.

During the buying and selling process on our online store, we collect the personal information that you give us such as your name, phone number, address and email address.

If you sign up for our email subscription, we have the authority to send you emails with updates about rhize.

SECTION 3 - CONSENT COLLECTION

The personal information that you provide to complete a transaction including credit card number, etc. is implied that you consent to us collecting it and using it for your direct purchases only.

If we ask for personal information for any other reason, like marketing, etc. we will either ask you directly for your consent and provide you with an opportunity to say revoke that information for secondary usage.

If you provide information to us that you later decide to revoke, email us at info@rhize.ca and we will remove your information from whatever data block or advertisement that the given information is associated with.

We reserve the right to disclose personal information if required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

All rhize consultants have signed non-disclosure agreements regarding any and all intellectual property transferred by clients and/or organizations that are being serviced by rhize. These agreements prohibit consultants from sharing intellectual property with competitors, potential competitors and anyone in general.

Rhize reserves the right to take detailed notes of interactions with clients and/or organizations for the use of business within our organization and that use alone.

Any information that rhize employees or consultants previously attained before interactions with clients and/or organizations is not subject to be classified as intellectual property attained by said client and/or organization, and we are therefore not liable in any way for sharing this information with anyone and/or any organization.

All rhize advice, or advice given from a rhize consultant is not subject to any liabilities incurred by any client or organization that uses our services and/or advice in any way whatsoever.

Rhize reserves the right to disclose personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

CONFIRMATION

Order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once the order has been placed and approved.

The order confirmation is considered the invoice.

If you notice any errors on your order confirmation, email us at info@rhize.ca so that we can modify your order.

PROCESSING

The standard processing time can take to up to 5 business days before the order is shipped out after receipt of your order confirmation.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Feel free to contact us at info@rhize.ca to alter or cancel your order if it has not shipped yet.

Editing your order could extend the order's handling time.

There may also be times where our products are only offered through a single distribution channel, and not our regular channels. If a product is purchased, and is realized to not currently be within our inventory due to error, we reserve the right to postpone your order or cancel your order and provide a refund. For either option, we will contact you as soon as we realize the inventory discrepancy.

We have made every reasonable effort to display our products and services as accurately as possible, so as to not mislead any consumers or clients. We do not guarantee that the systems that you are viewing our products on are capable of displaying them correctly, due to incorrect colors, shades of colors, or any other reason.
